The combined appliance with PKOM4 Classic heat pump is preferred as a compact general solution for residential formulas in passive house construction up to a living area of 130 m². In this case, the amount of domestic hot water is sufficient to satisfy a family of 4 – 5 people.
The highly efficient heat recovery system is also available in the version with humidity recovery from the exhaust air (enthalpy recovery). To prevent overheating of the rooms in the summer months, it is possible to bypass heat recovery during the cooler hours of the night with a bypass damper.
In summer mode, PKOM4 allows the recovery of condensation heat for the production of DHW, thus ensuring high energy efficiency.
The 212 l DHW boiler is equipped as standard with an electric resistance for booster or anti-legionella functions
Available in different configurations to adapt to every system requirement.
The ventilation unit draws in external air, which is filtered and then conveyed to a recovery unit that can be standard or enthalpic. At the same time, a second fan extracts the air from the environment and conveys it to the recovery unit so as to release its heat to the renewal air, which is then preheated or precooled and finally released into the environment thanks to an aeraulic distribution system.
